Al kheir Free Restaurant

It is the first free charitable restaurant of its kind in the city of Saida. Inaugurated by the Al-Rahma Center for Community Service in 2018, it aimed to provide free daily meals throughout the year for the poor and needy people, all with the support of the generous people of Saida. The idea of this restaurant came due to the totally deteriorating living conditions in Lebanon that led to the deprivation of the basics of food security. Fortunately, it became a destination for countless numbers of needy families attacked by poverty, those whose stomachs and their children’s were squeezed by hunger. The restaurant’s performance multiplied more than three times since the very first year of its opening.
